MSY Global operates an integrated commodity environment combining production, processing, and global trading capability. Its trading desk operates across multiple commodity classes, with a dedicated Precious Metals Division through which Ruvimboā€™s gold flows ā€“ the MSY Global Trading Desk has a specifically and legally structured Ruvimbo DMCC registration and ZIDA licence to facilitate the flow of product smoothly into international markets. Both DMCC and ZIDA capabilities exist as part of MSY Globalā€™s integrated structure.

It operates as part of MSY Globalā€“Ruvimbo (Precious Metals Division), within the broader MSY Global trading platform. MSY Globalā€™s Precious Minerals Division operates specific product flows through Ruvimbo FZCO, which is registered within the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) ā€” one of the worldā€™s leading free zones for commodity trade. This registration provides:

  • Access to Dubaiā€™s established bullion trading infrastructure.
  • Alignment with global responsible sourcing standards.
  • AML and KYC-compliant export and settlement framework
  • Hard-currency settlement in a globally recognised financial centre.
  • Access to LBMA-aligned pricing mechanisms.
ZIDA Capability

Ruvimbo Resources holds Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency (ZIDA) aligned licences, providing formal regulatory standing for mining, processing, and export activities within Zimbabwe. This Zimbabwe-based regulatory framework works in tandem with the DMCC structure to create a fully compliant export corridor for the MSY-Ruvimbo Precious Minerals Division, ensuring Ruvimbo has global access:
