Ruvimbo Resources is an Africa-focused gold mine and set of assets, operating within Zimbabwe. We are not simply mine operators ā we are strategic aggregators of value, focused on developing these gold interests that are undervalued, at an early stage of development, and possess latent value yet to be realised. Ruvimbo Resources operates as part of MSY Global, with all production and operations integrated into MSY Globalās operations, trading, and capital divisions.
Ruvimbo was established with a clear mandate: build a scalable, self-funding gold production business asset in Zimbabwe as part of a group of diversified production and process operations, anchored by near-term cash flow from surface and alluvial operations, and growing into a large scale producer.
That mandate is executed under the strategic architecture of MSY Global ā which provides the commercial infrastructure and global trading relationships that transform a regional mining operation into an institutionally credible commodity asset.

Gold is exported compliantly, settled in hard currency, and distributed through an institutional network of refineries, bullion houses, and commodity traders globally. Our business model is designed to mitigate risk while ensuring rapid scalability. Rather than pursuing equity-intensive exploration programmes for the area, Ruvimbo prioritises the acquisition of operating assets and surface/alluvial opportunities that generate product immediately.
By securing early cash flow from these low-CAPEX operations, we self-fund our growth ā delaying large-scale capital expenditure for deep shaft mining until the business is robust enough to sustain it. This creates a compounding value cycle:

- Working capital funds shaft rehabilitation.
- Shaft rehabilitation unlocks high-grade underground reserves.
- Underground production scales the platform and increases MSY Global trading volumes.
